Roles and Responsibilities:
Market Research Reports: Produce comprehensive market research reports focused on specific products and markets across various domains.
Research: Engage in systematic secondary and primary research, using a range of methodologies.
Report Presentation: Summarize findings in structured reports, following the organization’s guidelines.
Teamwork: Collaborate within a team to ensure project completion and timely delivery.
Content Development: Assist in creating Tables of Contents, defining the scope, and structuring market research studies.
Analysis Tools: Utilize various analysis methods such as Company Profiles, SWOT Analysis, Porter’s Five Forces, Competitive Analysis, Market Influencing Factors, and Market Segmentation.
Ownership: Take full responsibility for the tasks and projects assigned to you.
Cross-Domain Expertise: Be open to gaining expertise across various domains including Automotive, Chemicals, Healthcare, ICT, Aerospace and Defense, and Engineering.
Knowledge Sharing: Actively engage in both formal and informal knowledge sharing sessions within the team.
Marketing Collaterals: Prepare marketing materials to showcase completed research projects.
Desired Profile:
AI Tool Non-Usage: Candidates should not be users of ChatGPT or similar AI-based text generation tools to maintain the integrity of research and data analytics.
Time Management: Effective time management skills are a must.
Research Skills: Strong qualitative research and data analytic skills required.
Independence: Should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Communication: Proficiency in reading, writing, and articulating well in English.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Pressure Handling: Capability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.
Educational Background: Engineering Graduate + MBA (Marketing) preferred.
